Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

For what you kindly mentioned, it seems you have more than one account. In that case, since the account with all your music is open on your mobile device, we'd suggest you check the email linked to that account.  To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any).

Once you've check that, if you noticed the account with all your music is linked to an old email, you can change it by following the steps in this article. Nevertheless, keep in mind you'll have to use an email that is not linked to a different account currently. If there's an account linked to the email you want to use, you can delete said account by following the steps here. Then, you'll need to wait 14-30 days from deletion for it to clear from the old account. You'll also have a 7 day period to recover the account in case you change your mind. After that, it'll be not possible to recover the account by any means.

So! taking all the above into account, as mentioned before, it's better to first clarify if you have more than one account and in which one you have your music, so you can delete the correct one.
