My Question or Issue

Hello. Sometime in 2019, me and my family decided to switch from separate premium subscriptions for everybody to just one single family plan for all of us. It has a few months since then and we have found out that we are being charged for two subscriptions: that being a regular premium subscription and the family plan I mentioned earlier. On my profile's page, it only shows that I have a family plan. It has been like this for several months.

I would start off by using this help page to try and locate all of the active accounts listed with your details.

 

It is a common mistake among users to have more than one account or upgrading the wrong one and finding unexpected charges.
