I'm on a one time payment premium plan but still being charged

My subscription is one time payment and has not expired yet, but spotify charged me again today! I've already removed the payment option in my google account yet it still charged me for premium. Not the first time this happened and now its getting annoying 'coz my current plan hasn't expired yet. Any help or is it possible to have a refund? Thanks

Hey @p4u 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
