I need help with spotify

Hey! so i know this is the wrong channel&chat, but i wasnt able to find any support line. So my problem is i accsedentaly bought spotify premium individual, and would like to change it to Spotidy family. How do i get a refund or a possible switch from individual to family?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

You can change your subscription from Premium Individual to Premium Family by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account page
2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan
3. Under Available Plans, select Premium Family

Your subscription will update right away to reflect the new Premium Family plan, and you can then invite members of your residence to the plan by following the steps in this support article. 

Bear in mind that to accept the invites, members must live at the same address as the plan manager. Also note that members can only switch between different Premium Family or Premium Duo plans once in 12 months.
