I paid a subscription but it isn't showing up as paid (it did take mymoney)

Hey, i paid for a monthly subscription w paypal but then it said there was an error but it did take my money, what do i do?? HELP.

Thanks for the post.

 

If you've got an error message during the transaction, it most likely hasn't gone through or was automatically refunded by the Spotify system. You can check your bank account to see if the sum has been refunded.

 

What you can do is try to subscribe again. If it doesn't work with PayPal, make sure you have enough funds and that your payment method is issued in the same country as the one set on your account. Alternatively you can try using another payment method.
