I paid and it doesn't show the plan on the account

I paid and it doesn't show the plan on the account

I just paid for the family plan and still when I log in to my account it says that IF I JOIN PREMIUM I can enjoy te benefits... and can't skip songs... what do I do?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
