I paid for 1 month premium, but still I don't get the 'Very High' quality

I can't select the "Very High" audio quality in my Desktop app.
I closed and opened, logged off and on.. but still.

Thanks for posting in the Community!
In this case we'd suggest clearing up your cached data across all your devices and then trying to change the sound setting again.
If this doesn't work, we'd recommend trying a complete clean reinstall to see if that makes a difference.
