I paid for Duo and the account is not active yet. What should I do

I paid for Duo and the account is not active yet. What should I do

I already have a premium account and I wanted to upgrade to a duo account. I changed my plan and paid for it. However the duo is not yet active. How should I solve this?

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Can you log out and back in twice within the Spotify app to refresh some things? Make sure that you are using the login details of the account you used to upgrade to Premium Duo.

 

Also, can you please head to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ and check what your current plan is according to that page?
