I paid for a full year in January 2018, I was charged and it started to work well. Now it does not.

I paid for a full year in January 2018, I was charged and it started to work well. Now it does not.

I paid for an entire year in January 2018, I've checked and my credit card authorized the bill. It worked well for a couple of days and now it does not work anymore.
