Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. So in this case, we'd first recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend checking this article for more info. 

 

Lastly, if you don't have the Premium subscription active on other accounts, we'd recommend confirming if the transaction was properly completed by checking your bank statement.

A mi tambien me pasa lo mismo, no se que hacer, ya cerre secion y abri de vuelta pero no paso nada, ademas las cosas que vi era solo para transferencia bancaria, y yo pague en efectivo por rapipago, respondo tu mensaje aca porque no se como mandar un mensaje pidiendo ayuda

 

El dia 23/7 al mediodia pague por primera vez una suscripcion al plan duo, pero no se me acredita, ya cerre sesion y volvi a abrir. pero no paso nada aun. Agradeceria mucho si alguien me puede ayudar o si puedo hablar directamente con el soporte de spotify

Welcome to the thread and we hope you don't mind a response in English as this is the official language of the forum. 

 

If you've already paid and made sure that the payment is successful, it's possible that you're logging in to a free account by mistake where you don't see Premium functions, but no worries.

 

Could you take a look at the credentials you're using to log in? To check if you've got other accounts I recommend reading the article mentioned by @OscarDC in this post
