I pay double per month, why

I have 2 payments of $11.99 coming out of my bank account each month but I don't use Spotify Premium, I just use the free version. How do I stop this and get the money back that has been taken?

I have the same issus with 3 payment but it was when i subscribe to spotify premium to the special discouts for student.

Usually, these types of cases are caused by having more than 1 subscription active at a time. Most of the time, the second subscription could be made by mistake when the user has 2 or more accounts with different emails, Facebook profile, Google/Apple account or phone number.

On the other hand, sometimes the bank could make a double notification for a single payment if it was unsuccessful on the first try.

However, this can only be ensured by checking your account. Since from the Community we don't have access to users accounts, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support, so they can review your account, check what happens, and compensate if necessary.
