My Question or Issue

Last week my Spotify app failed on my phone. I waited 2 days and had to re-install it. After this my account is showing free instead of premium......

I have check to see if there are multibple accounts attached to my email but it is not.

I have attached my bank statement where it shows I pay.

Can you help me see what account I pay for?

I miss my music.......

It did NOT. Can you see what account I'm paying for? All I have is bank statement....

I suggest checking if you have multiple Spotify accounts. To do so, try the suggestions on this page.

 

You might be logging in to a Free account, instead of the Premium one.
