I purchased premium and it is saying I still don't have it

I purchased premium and it is saying I still don't have it

Yesterday I purchased premium using PayPal and I still cannot access my premium features. Please help I played and have not recieved my premium.

Hello @crazypickles180, lets see if we can resolve this.

If your payment is successful, Spotify will send a receipt on your email address. Did you receive it ?

 

I have not received any receipt in my email, only an email about my new rank in Spotify.

That is weird, you should receive it. Can you confirm that the payment is successful from paypal ?
