I subscribed for premium plan but it's not showing on the app

I subscribed for premium spotify plan but it did not upgrade my plan however I was charged and the payment was successful

If you have a Premium subscription but your account is free, there are a few things you can try:

• Make sure you're logging into the correct account. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these steps.
• If you recently started the subscription, you should've gotten an email with the receipt. Check your inbox and look for it. Make sure you're logging in with that email.
• Check the status of the payment. If the payment shows as pending or failed, you might have to re-subscribe.
• Try logging out and back into your Spotify account twice in a row to re-sync your account and device.
