My Question or Issue

ive been charged for student premium and on my end the payment has been successful yet my account still displays that it’s a free account what am I supposed to do ?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

We've prepared a Spotify FAQ for the scenario where users have completed a payment, but can't see their Premium features. You can have a look at it here. We recommend going over all the steps listed there.
