I recently cancelled my premium subscription, just before the date spotify said but now i'm checking my credit card account and just saw they charged me for the subscription i've already CANCELLED. Try to contact someone by filling the dumb support form, and they sent an email without any answer to my problem!!!. Can anybody help me or tell me what can i do to solve this problem please?.

Hey @yahz74np8w08knl!

Most of the times a user gets charged after he cancelled, is because he never ended the cancelling process. There are two ways to check this. First you can see this at your subscriptions page. And Second, you can check your email for a confirmation of the cancellation process.
When this methods say that you are still on Premium, please try to cancel again, this time being aware of receiving the cancellation email. The process asks a few times if "you’re really sure" you’d like to cancel, and if not careful, it's easy to oversee them.
