 My Question or Issue

Yesterday I upgraded my subscription from free to premium, then from medium to family.

I chose my mobile network operator for payment at first. But after I upgraded to family I set my payment to my credit card.

Today I found out that my mobile network operator already charged me for the payment.

Do you have any solutions for me?

Sorry to hear this. Since you processed this payment through your mobile network operator, I’d recommend contacting them as they have access to those tools.
