It took my money, I have a receipt, but Spotify is still ask for payment for this month

Hello there,

 

Can you let me know which subscription type shows under Your plan when you log into your account page here? I'd also recommend logging out and back in to see if that does the trick, make sure to use the right login details, it's possible you might have signed up with a different account.
