I want to change the payment card, but the data entry field does not work.

I want to change the payment card, but the data entry field does not work.

I want to change the payment card, but the data entry field does not work. The website and mobile app have the same thing, there are just no data entry fields. What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out.


Can you please try it in an incognito window and through a different internet connection, if possible? Also, make sure you don't have any sort of VPN or Proxy enabled.

Thanks for the quick response. But apparently the problem resolved itself, since the data entry window was empty for 2.5 days, and this morning everything became normal. I linked the card, the payment went through and I continue to please my ears.
