I wanted to change the country and now it says that my plan is unavailable

Solved!

I wanted to change the country and now it says that my plan is unavailable

Plan

Premium Individual

Country

Lithuania

Device

iPhone 13

Operating System

iOS 10

My Question or Issue

I have been living in Denmark and moved to Lithuania therefore I had to change my card payment. I was not allowed to pay with my card functioning in Lithuania, therefore I decided to switch to another region/country (aka Lithuania). But if I change the country it says that my plan "Premium individual" is unavailable here. However, I can buy all the other plans.
P.S. That plan is available in my country as everyone I know has Premium Individual.

Hey @Tekle,

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, it's best to cancel your current subscription, and wait until has ended. Once your account has reverted to Spotify's Free plan, you can change your country setting to Lithuania and subscribe to Premium using a payment method that's been issued there.

I hope this helps. 🙂
