Hello, I have à similaires problems. My girlfriend have a Frebch account me a italian account. I update to French payement, but m'y Profil IS still on Italian account and I can't change my country. How can I solve this ?

Superuser Contribution Does duo Premium work if we dont live together?

I would like to upgrade my Premium plan to Duo Premium in order to give my couple premium subscription, right now for job reasons we dont live together, does it work anyways? Or what can I do in this case, just need 2 accounts... Thanks

Why can't my partner access our premium duo plan from the app?

My husband is on the same plan but can only access the plan from his laptop. Is that right? What's the point of a couple sharing a plan if we cannot both access from our phones.
