Cancelled subscription but got charged.

I recently cancelled my Spotify Individual subscription, but I got a charge of $1.01 that read RECURRING SPOTIFY USA. 

Now if I cancelled the account before being charged for the month, why did I get this charge?

That looks like a temporary authorization charge that should be refunded to you in a few days. If it hasn’t gone away after a few days, then I would recommend following these steps. 

Also, please make sure that your subscription is canceled by visiting your account page.
