I was being charged twice - through both Apple and directly through Spotify

Recently cancelled the recurring ios app subscription. It's pretty confusing and this support system is really frustrating. Um, can I at least get some credit for the times I was being charged twice for using the same account?

I'd recommend checking Spotify's refund policy > Charged more than once in a month? for more info and the next steps to take.
