I was billed but it said I'm still in the free account

I was billed but it said I'm still in the free account

So I applied for the premium account and filled all the necessary data. I chose to pay using the Phone Credit type (Pulsa - Indonesia). My phone credit was billed, but it said on the app that I'm still in the free account. I can't see any payment history in my account too.

 

Help!

I chose and was billed for the 3 month subscription. I tried to relog my account and it still doesnt work until now.

The best option for you is to contact Spotify support directly here.

Spotify support should answer you within 24-48 hours.

 

1. Go to Spotify Support page here.

2. Choose Subscription.

3. Choose Paid for Premium but I am still on free.

 

Some tips before contacting Spotify:

1. Try to log out and back.

2. Check the status of your subscription.

3. Check the status of your payment.
