I was charged the money and I have no premium

I was charged the money and I have no premium

I was charged the money and I have no premium

today I am about to buy spotify family premium when I buy it says that there is an error in the card however I was charged the money I want to know if there is a possibility that I get my money back or activate my family premium account.
