I was charged twice for the premium account, and I haven’t been able to access to it.

I was charged twice for the premium account, and I haven’t been able to access to it.

I need a refund and to use my account, how can I do it? I have sent complaints but I don’t see my problem solved.

Hey @12170536138,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
