Impossible to pay

I'm a paid Spotify subscriber since 2011.

Yesterday, I've received an e-mail saying my credit card didn't work for payment.

My credit card is perfectly valid and there is no problem with it.

So I saw I could pay using Paypal.

I followed the link, logged into Paypal and click on the "pay now" button.

After clicking on it, I've been redirected to a blank page on Spotify website. And nothing more happened.

So I went back to my Paypal account and saw no payment has been done.

I tried 2 times yesterday and 2 times today.

Didn't work.

So what can I do now ? 

I add I don't appreciate there is no mail helpdesk on Spotify. I lost a lot of time.
