Did Spotify send an email asking for our information to confirm our address in order to continue using Spotify?

It's possible that the email is legit, however, we can't say for sure as we can't see it. I'd suggest you visit this page to learn how to detect phishing - this article details a lot about possible fraudulent emails and even has the address where you can forward the email if it's indeed illegitimate.

Note that, if you're a member of a Family/ Duo plan, it's expected that you will receive a verification email at one point in time.
If you wish to do so, you can send us a screenshot where the Spotify email address is visible so that we can take a look, just make sure to mask your own details before the upload 🙂
