Invalid pin

Hi. I tried to apply for 3months for 129pesos on spotify i put my number and they say that i should put the pin they will sent to me but its taking too long to receive so i refresh it came back to the number typing and when i tried again i received two pins i tried both but they say invalid i check my balance the load is still there how can i register?
