Have iPhone and Sonos speakers with Alexa. About 4 days ago can’t play music with message my premium student account not valid

In this case, can you make sure all the software updates for your Alexa device are up to date?

 

Also, we'd like you to log out from your account and restart both devices. Then, log back into your account. If after that you still have the same problem, let us know the exact model of the device, the operating system, and version of Spotify you're using.
