Is it really not possible to charge mobile balance for a year.

Sorry if it doesn't make sense english is not my first language but i read that i cannot pay with mobile balance for a year after i let spotify use my mobile balance

Thanks for clearing that up.

 

In this case, the payment would get processed through Boku. I recommend trying some basic troubleshooting, such as giving it a try on another device and in another browser, as well as making sure that you have enough account balance to make the payment.

 

If the issue persists after trying those things, you can try using a different payment method, if possible. You can also reach out to Boku here for any additional help.

If you don't see that option when purchasing Premium (on https://spotify.com/premium, for example), then it's, unfortunately, not available.

The option is available and i can go through with it but it says  “Sorry, your payment failed. No charges were made.” even though i have money in the account

i am using etisalat phone number
