I currently have an Individual premium account which I pay through a subscription through Google Play.
I want to change to the Duo plan so my daughter and I can both have a Premium membership.
When I click on the change plan button, it keeps saying payment failed and won't let me change it. I have updated payment methods on google play but it still won't work.
Is it because I subscribe through Google Play? Am I best to cancel my subscription through Google Play and try to rejoin when it expires (I am current until 8th of January and would rather have it resolved sooner if possible)
I have logged in through other browsers but it keeps saying payment method is through Google Play subscription so to change through app, which has the error!
Any advice would be appreciated!
