Issue with payment.

Hello, new here... I have been trying to make payments for my Premium over the past few months and none of the payment methods ever go through, thought it was my own card with an issue at first, but I tried the cards of several others which have worked for all of them, but not my own account. I was able to contact the web Spotify support, and I was referred to the payment team, who were to get back to me via email. I did eventually get an email from the payment team, and this is what I was told...

"Hey there,

This is a follow up email regarding your payment issue.

Thank you for your interest in Premium. After a careful review backstage, our payments team is unfortunately not able to accept payment from your account at this time. Since we're unable to complete the payment, any pending charges will be returned to you by your payment provider. Let us know if we can help with anything else.

I tried contacting back to know what exactly why payment could not be accepted from my account and also if it could be solved, but I haven't gotten any response yet. Please help!

My payment is gone for students premium but i didnt get the plan for it 

I had the same issue contacted Spotify they told me there’s nothing I could do so my and my friends switched to Apple Music instead 🤷🏽‍♂️
