Issue with playing some musics in my playlist after my card declined once.

Issue with playing some musics in my playlist after my card declined once.

I have Issue with playing some musics in my playlist after my card declined once and successed to make a payment after fullfill my bank account after 3~4 days from scheduled payment date.
I repeatedly have this problem after the case that I have forgotten to fullfill my bank account that linked to my spotify payment so that the transactions fails.
IT IS VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT I CANT LISTEN TO MUSIC EVEN IF I MADE A PAYMENT. I seriously considering to CANCEL my spotify plan and move to another streaming platform.
Please make sure that I can listen to all the music in my playlist normally.

There can be different reasons for a failed payment, so just to make sure that everything's in order with your payment method, we recommend checking out this article.

 

When it comes to the payment date, if you'd like to change your current scheduled date, you can take a look at the steps here.

 

Just to be on the safe side, can you confirm if you're now able to listen to these songs after you've made the payment or are they greyed out for you? Is specific content completely missing from Spotify or are you seeing any error messages for example? Does this happen across devices? It'd be great if you could give us some more details so we know what to suggest, as well as let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps.

 

You can even share a screenshot of how things look like from your end and you can attach it to your next response via the Insert Image option in the post editor (just make sure no sensitive info is visible).
