Issues when redeem Spotify gift card

My Question or Issue

I redeem a code and it says that it was successfully applied to the account and  I can use the Spotify premium service however my account still says Spotify free and that I need to subscribe to premium in the main page 

I tried once again to redeem the code but it says the code is not working anymore. Attached screenshot in this post. Screenshot is in Spanish. I'm from Mexico and also the code redeemed is from Mexico,. Top right corner Iis my profile picture in the Spotify app btw.

Can you please go to this page and check if it says Free or Premium?

 

Additionally, you can go here to check if the Gift Card was redeemed successfully. If yes, you'll see a receipt for it there.

Thank you quick reply my concern, I will attach screenshots in how it looks like on my end,. I can tell it says Spotify free and the redeemed gift card doesn't appear in the history.

Hey @Michelsandov,

 

Thanks for sharing the screenshots 🙂

 

It looks like you've got more than one account with Spotify and have redeemed the Gift Card on a different one.

 

I recommend heading here and entering any email addresses you own there to find the account where you redeemed the Gift Card.
