Issues with Premium on mobile device

Issues with Premium on mobile device

I just got Premium and it works perfectly fine on my computer but has issues on my phone. I've tried signing in and out several times, but that hasn't helped. On my phone, I can choose a song I want to listen to, download music for offline listening, but I can't go back or skip over 3 songs at a time.

I should add that my mobile device says that I have Premium under the subscription tab.

Nevermind, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's working now.

I have the spotify family premium and everything works except for skipping songs and going back. I'm sure I have premium because I can tap a song and it will play and I can play it on the go. I've tried rebooting the tablet,logging in and out, I checked the email again and it says I have a premium plan. I've tried the suggestions on the spotify website and nothing has worked. If there's anything else I can try a suggestion would be great.
