Issues with the prenium

Hello i have a issue i have tried everything everything so i decided to start a topic here maybe someone's can help me 

So in my old account i have tried the free prenium test for 1month but i lost this old account however i didn't except that the automatic payment after 1 months was still activated, i been charged for 9.99 euro this month, and i don't know how get rid of the prenium in this account or to be Charge. Please help me

I first recommend following the steps in this support article to locate your old Spotify account. Then you can log into it and cancel your Premium subscription by following these steps.  

If you’re unable to locate your old Spotify account, I would recommend contacting Customer Support via the contact form provided in this support article, where it says “get in touch here.”
