I have tried to cancel my premium subscrition multiple times with instructions found here: https://support.spotify.com/us/article/cancel-premium/

I get notification that I have now free subscription but yet, I notice monthly payment in my bank account. When I visit my Spotify Profile, it shows that I still have the premium.

 

How do I cancel premium subscription without deleting my whole account?

Thanks for the post.

 

Once a Premium subscription has been cancelled you won't be charged for it any longer. What is most likely happening is that you have a second Premium subscription active on another account. It could be an older account or one that you have created by accident, or someone else has created using your payment info. Try logging out and back in with different details that you might have used to create an account.
