Getting Spotify Adverts on Premium during podcasts

My Question or Issue

Hi all,

While listening to a podcast today I started getting Spotify Adverts. If I scrolled back to the same point in time this happened again so it wasn't a one off.

I've attached a screenshot. To confirm these are not adverts that are part of the podcast audio, they are adverts inserted by Spotify. I've checked my subscription is up-to-date and have followed the instructions for premium not working but this keeps repeating.

Can anyone help me out? I tried to find a customer support email but kept getting redirected to here

While Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

If you'd like us to double check it - can you please send  us the URI of the podcast and the time of the advert so that we can have a closer look directly from our end?

It would also be great if you can provide us a screen recording.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
