My Question or Issue


I’m getting the “It looks like you’re not eligible for that offer, but we found more for you.” message after signing up and subscribing to premium when trying to get the google nest mini, if I’m really not eligible then I would like a refund on my premium account as it’s the only reason I signed up, if it’s just a stock issue then I’ll wait of course, would just like to know either way.

Same here, only I've been paying for the family package for 2 years and i'm not eligible. So many people will just sign up, get their Mini's and leave, Loyal customers like myself who've enjoyed this service for years get shat on. Not the first time either!

So now we're being told: "Due to high demand, our Google Nest Mini offer is no longer available."

 

I feel a refund should be offered to those who signed up to get this offer.
