Keeps saying payment failed!!!!

Keeps saying payment failed!!!!

 I recently bought a visa goft card and the moment I bought it I activated it. I waited about a hour or more to buy premium. I went ahead and put in all the information to purchase the 3 month premium deal. But it said payment failed. I kept trying over and over and over again. I checked over and over to make sure everything whas typed in correctly wich it was. I also tried an actual credit card and it still didnt work. Its ben a couple of hours and im still trying and its still not working. I bought premium with a visa goft card a couple months back and it worked. I dont know why its not working and its getting me  frustrated! Help please!

Could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using another device. 

 

If you’re still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
