Kicked out of Family Premium Plan - Account related

Hi folks, 

 

Would like your input on a situation that I have. I upgraded my account to the Family Premium plan last month and was using it just fine. However, today I realized that I was downgraded to the free account.  Did this happen to anyone esle?.

Did you put correct bank account details when you were registering your family account? I can't think of any other things that could have caused the problem.
