Leaving Sprint-how do I keep Spotify Premium?

My Spotify premium is tethered and billed through my Sprint account. What do I do to keep my account since I'm ending my service through Sprint?
Prior to Sprint, I had Premium and paid Spotify directly.
I just don't know what to do about it since it's combined with my Sprint service.
Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you!

After leaving Sprint, your subscription through them should get cancelled. When it does, log in here to see your expiry date for Premium.

When it renews to Free, you'll be able to resubscribe directly through us by going here.
