My Question or Issue

I currently pay for my son's premium account, while I have a free account. If I want to start a premium account for us both instead, how do I do that? And will we lose our playlists by doing so?

Hey @MeganMA1,

Thanks for reaching out.

Each Spotify account is supposed to be used by a single individual only. 🙂 If you decide to subscribe to Premium Duo or Premium Family, you'll be able to send him an invite to the plan, which he'll be able to accept.

Doing this will not affect any saved content on the accounts, such as playlists, since those things are bound to the account and unrelated to the account's plan. 🙂
