Logging into new device

Logging into new device

I have a premium account with muliple users. My phone screen broke so had a new phone. When i log into spotify on the new phone it just has me as a free account and all my playlists have gone. I have gone through settings and logged out of all devices then logged back in but still says im a free account holder. How do i get my old account back please.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

 

I understand how frustrating it can be losing your account. Keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If you're not finding your account with your email, try logging in with those, or try using other possible email addresses that you could have used to create the Premium account.
