Lost Free Hulu Account

My Question or Issue

I have a premium spotify account - long story short, I made a payment change plan and my premium account missed a payment and got canceled. Subsequently, my free Hulu account got canceled as well. I renewed my premium account but now I can't seem to renew or sign into my hulu account without it treating me like a new customer/sign up.

Not a spotify student account BTW.

Does this sound right or am I just **bleep** out of Hulu now?

P.S. Is there an actual spotify customer service/chat/phone number or is this the only option I have?...

I had the same issue with one of my accounts and I am familiar with this Premium with Hulu plan that was offered years ago. Unfortunately if the payment failed and your subscription got cancelled, you can no longer restore it since that plan is no longer available.

Mine just got cancelled in August. The last successful payment was July.

I know and understand how you feel. Sad to say that that plan is no longer offered. There should be no problem at all if it's still available from the list of plans you can choose from.
