Lost my premium?? Please help me!!

Ok, so my payment failed this month because my moms money ran out on her account. So it said payment failed and that, but my dad bought a gift card to keep my premium, so I redeemed it, before my premium actually ran out, but now I still lost my premium! I have so much music downloaded on my iPhone, and it helps me trough everyday life. So basically we paid for a month but it ran out anyways! I am so scared and sad right now, because music have saved my life a lot of times! So what am I supposed to do?? Please help me I'm freaking out!!

If you redeemed the code after too many failed payment attempts your account will have reverted to Free before you redeemed the code. In that case you will need to redownload all of your songs 😞

 

Your music will still all be there. hopefully it won't take too long to re download them for offline usage

 

I would do so over Wifi if you can to make sure there are no data charges

Thx, but i still had premium when i redeemed the code, and yesterday I lost my premium even though I payed with the gift card. And now when I tried again to redeem the code it said that it was already redeemed! So now I payed 99kr but still I lost my premium! 😞

Me and my friend share a premium Spotify account, no problems until yesterday, hers is fine, however mine now says I'm only on the free Spotify.. it's like I've been cut off, she hasn't done anything and I don't understand why I now don't have premium
