ME ESTÁN COBRANDO DOS MONTOS TOTALMENTE DISTINTOS

Hola, buenas noches.

Quiero saber porque en mi tarjeta me están cobrando dos montos totalmente distintos uno es de S/.28.90 que es el plan familiar y luego me están cobrando un monto de S/. 30.05.
A qué se debe eso? espero una respuesta pronta porfavor.
