Make payment actually work

My credit card got stolen so payment failed and I DID update it. Your stupid system refused to recognize and process the new card and canceled my plan! Made me jump through a bunch of hoops when I HAD UPDATED PAYMENT. Spotify has really gone downhill.

I'm sorry to hear that. I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks. For future reference, you're able to update your payment information following these steps and if those steps don't work it may be best to try them using a different browser or private window.

 

When your plan is canceled, you don't lose access to your songs and saved content on your account and you can resubscribe any time from your account page
