several times lately i've been asked to re-subscribe to premium. This first time, i assumed it was because i updated payment method with my new credit card. But even though i have reciepts that i've paid for the month with the new card, i'm asked to upgrade again.
My latest receipt said i paid on mar 20th, and it's 28th today and my subscriptioni seems to have ended.
I checked my credit card statement and it says there were two extra charges to spotify, that were later corrected.
Whats going on? Shouldn't my subscrition renew?
Yes. i've tried logging out on all devices.
My login is through facebook. I hope my credentials arent compromised😕

Could you send me a screenshot of where you see it saying you have to unsubscribe to Premium? Are you still able to access your Premium features?
